IMPORTANCE OF TIME TABLE

  • A time table describe what a particular activity is and when the activity is to be done. Thus it obligated students to concentrate on that particular activity at that time and in this way the study time prevented the wastage of time.

  • Well constructed time table established a natural rhythm and routine which can be comforting to teachers and students.

  • Having a plan as a learner is very important as it helps you maximise and prioritize on the things that are of urgency or importance.

  •  Students who follow a timetable are more likely to manage that time well finish their task on time and get better grades.

  • Time table shows exactly what is to be done at a particular time thus direct attention of students on one thing at a time.

  • Thus  ones energy automatically directed in a particular direction which prevent wastage of time and energy.

  • Which also prevents confusion,  duplication , overlapping and unnecessary repetition on a part of the student and the teacher.

  • When we start to study, an idea pops up in our mind. Let's do this activity for one or five more minutes and we will start to study on or five minutes

  • This is procrastination which is the most resistent in the study

  • A time table reminds students again and again to complete the task or activity within a certain time limit and start the next one.

  • Thus a time table helps students avoid procrastination

  • Making balance in study life means enjoying our life activity like dancing, singing, playing,learning new things enjoying ourselves with the friends and family making family tours etc and simultaneously doing great in our studies without bothering about it.

  • sone students like to study at late night very effectively but others are efficient during the early morning

  • Students can plan their activities according to their habits

  • There should be some gaps for hobbies, sports, activities funactivities with family or friends etc

  1. REVIEW THE PROGRESS AND UPDATE

  • Review Progress on a daily weekly and monthly basis 

  •  According to the achievement find new techniques so as to maximize efficiency
